Aromatherapy Full Body Massage

Following a consultation with you, the essential oils are blended with the carrier oils to be used in your massage. You’ll then lay down and relax with some guided meditation (breathing and visualisation), before your massage begins (this is an option you can opt-out of if you wish). The full body massage will concentrate on all areas of your back, legs, arms, shoulders, face and head. This will encourage lymphatic drainage and also uses acupressure techniques. This may not be suitable for all if you have certain health conditions. We are trained in the safe use of essential oils, however, if you are unsure check with your GP or consultant before booking or give us a call.

Aromatherapy Back and Neck Massage
