Excellent neck and back massage on a gloomy autumn day cheered me up!

Birthday treat… full body massage with aromatherapy. Lovely! Very calming experience, with Sandra’s relaxed but personalised approach. Felt longer than an hour. Came away with a bottle of bespoke aromatherapy oil recipe and an intention to go back soon !

I had a full back, neck and shoulder massage by Sandra. Was a truly lovely massage - the room was gently lit and very relaxing, with soft music in the background. Sandra did a great massage, leaving me feeling very relaxed and happy and refreshed. Would highly recommend her and I will be returning. x

My mum and I had such a lovely, relaxing visit to The Recovery Well. I had a facial while Mum enjoyed a reflexology treatment, and we both came away feeling completely relaxed.

The treatment room is beautifully calm and cosy – almost womb-like – and Sandra took so much care over my treatment. She was incredibly thorough in assessing which aromatherapy oils would be best suited to me, making the facial feel genuinely personal rather than a standard treatment.

We also loved having a wander around the shop afterwards. There are so many beautiful, unique and eco-friendly products – it’s very difficult to leave without buying something!

A wonderfully relaxing experience from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Sandra and The Recovery Well and will definitely be returning.
